Every Reborn Queens piece is handmade and one of a kind. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rebornqueens.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Reborn Queens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
